Councils can use the profit of $192.50 from the first sales assortment case (CIC-2019) to address their charitable needs.
After ordering initial Sales Assortment Case (CIC-2019), councils need only order the cards to meet their sales.
A State that administers the program for local councils will also make profits to meet the state council's charitable needs.
